Technology Integration in Multidisciplinary Business Education: A Faculty-Driven Qualitative Study
摘要
This study investigates the experiences and perspectives of faculty members integrating technology within multidisciplinary business education curricula. Despite extensive research on technology integration in education, a gap exists in understanding faculty perspectives on this topic, particularly within the context of multidisciplinary learning. Drawing on the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework and design-based research methodologies, this qualitative study utilizes interviews and focus groups to explore faculty experiences. The research aims to: Examine faculty perceptions and challenges regarding technology integration within multidisciplinary business education. Identify strategies and support structures that can enhance faculty confidence and skills in effectively integrating technology for improved learning outcomes in a multidisciplinary environment. By addressing this gap in knowledge, this study aims to contribute valuable insights for designing effective faculty development programs and promoting successful technology integration within multidisciplinary business education programs.
