Organizational commitment depicts the workforce's connection or trustworthiness to an organization. This research aims to gauge the organizational commitment dimensions of workforces in star-rated hotels in Karnataka. The influence of employees’ demographic profiles and the workforce's perceived organizational commitment were determined. This study uses exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to uncover three magnitudes of organizational commitment. The statistics were collected from 250 workforce-rated hotels in Karnataka. Tools used for data analysis comprised ANOVA as well as independent samples t-test. The upshots demonstrate that gender does not influence organizational commitment as well as the star rating of hotels. In the same type of workforce qualification, age, education, professional title and experience of the workforces influence different commitment dimensions. The study concluded with scope for further analysis and limitations on the existing research. The study practically supports the researchers and industry professionals.
