This study examines the correlation between digitalization and human resources practices in Bahrain's banking sector, utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire for 404 randomly sampled employees. Findings reveal a significant positive impact of digitalization, particularly in recruitment and selection. Challenges include privacy concerns, unclear guidelines, resistance to change, resource constraints, technology malfunctions, and communication issues. The research employs one-way ANOVA to demonstrate significant differences based on years of experience and gender. The results emphasize the need for strategic HR improvements to navigate challenges and harness digitalization's positive influence on practices. This study contributes valuable insights for banking professionals and policymakers.
