For this reason, it is relevant to apply a multidisciplinary approach across different scales and timeframes. In particular, the chapter explores a geo-spatial approach in order to develop a spatial data model for georeferencing information concerning the city-sea interface. This tool could facilitate the representation of spatial components as geometric objects with specific features. Its utility lies in accurately depicting littoral components, supporting the general understanding of the urban amphibious and its management.
