This chapter describes the processing of tracheobronchial amyloid cases, both own and derived, via different topo-optical and immunohistochemical reactions. This is followed by amyloid cases related to mucoviscidosis. The author processed 3160 meniscus cases through a questionnaire, subdivision and amyloid localisation by using the abovementioned reactions, electron microscopy and immunohistochemical reactions to determine the amyloid localisations seen with polarisation histochemical reactions. Similarly analysed amyloid deposition occurs in the os labrum. We analysed intervertebral disc, bicuspid and aortic valves, and cardiac amyloidosis. We emphasise the importance of immunohistochemical determination and the risk of subsequent cardiac amyloidosis in cases of carpal tunnel syndrome. After senile amyloid, we discuss our case of nonsecretory multiple myeloma. This is followed by the processing and division of renal amyloidosis cases. The chapter concludes with the interpretation of cases of mammary amyloidosis and amyloidoma, cases of skin amyloidosis and the processing of our endocrine amyloid cases.
