Analysis of the Efficiency of Agricultural Tires for Low-Power Electric Tractors
摘要
The modern trend in the development of transport and traction machines indicates the wide spread of the process of their electrification, both cars and tractors. This, first of all, is intended to solve the problems of environmental degradation by polluting emissions and the reduction of fossil fuel reserves. This study examines the efficiency of a low-power tractor with an electric drive when equipped with different tires when performing traction agricultural work. Interest in such research arose from a review of the impact of the interaction of the wheel drive with the soil environment on the total efficiency tractor. Increasing the efficiency of wheel drives of agricultural tractors is one of the main problems that scientists are working on. When solving the set goal, a technique was used that made it possible to identify the standard size of an agricultural tire based on a regression model. The paper also presents a simulation model of the movement of an electric tractor, which is implemented in Matlab and allows to implement test cycles. The result of the research is a justified choice of agricultural tires for a low-power tractor with a 4x2 wheel formula based on the criterion of the efficiency traction work.
