Research on Using Hot Embossing Technology for Fabrication of Polymer Microstructures
摘要
The present paper deals with some technologies applied in micro- and nanoscale fields for the production of polymeric parts. Namely, the central element of the paper represents the hot embossing technology for fabrication of polymer microstructures starting with a silicon mold obtained by anisotropic wet etching with the presentation of main particularities, steps of execution, applications and also some microscopic images regarding the obtained PDMS micro pyramid type structures.
