Radiographic Assessment
摘要
Standardized plain radiographs of the hip remain the initial imaging modality in all patients with hip pain. This radiographic tool gives a reliable and simple overview of the osseous morphologies of the pelvis and the proximal femur. Radiographs are used in all phases of care for these patients: preoperatively, postoperatively, at long-term follow-up, and in many cases intraoperatively. In addition, they are versatile in that they allow functional views and are not subject to metal artifacts.
