Labrum Refixation/Reconstruction/Augmentation
摘要
The refixation or reconstruction of the labrum is part of intraarticular work that is done during surgery for intraarticular pathology of the hip. Nowadays, labral surgery is most often performed arthroscopically; however, it can also be performed during surgical hip dislocation (see Sect. 4.1 ). Correction of the underlying bony pathology is a prerequisite to successful healing of the labrum. Uncorrected structural abnormalities whether impingement or dysplasia will lead to failure of labral refixation.
