E-commerce Stationery Product Architecture Characteristics and Consumer Satisfaction Measurement Model Construction: Based on Scrapy Crawler

Stationery products are the necessities of consumers’ daily life. Consumers in the use of e-commerce platform to buy pen products can not try the product and directly perceive the product characteristics, which makes the purchase decision process stay in the “black box”. At the same time, the satisfaction of consumers purchasing stationery products on e-commerce platform affects the repurchase intention, and has a certain impact on repurchase behavior. Therefore, this paper uses Python programming to extract post-purchase text comments of two kinds of pen stationery products from Jingdong e-commerce. By analyzing the influencing factors of consumer purchase through word frequency statistics, this paper constructs a feature word list with word2vec, calculates the feature weights with TF-IDF method to obtain the overall satisfaction of pen products, and compares the difference between the gel pen and pencil in product characteristics. The results are obtained: consumers have a higher satisfaction with the packaging, service, price and relative advantage of the pen stationery products, and consumers have a lower overall satisfaction with the gel pen. Therefore, it can be considered that the complexity of product architecture and modules will have an impact on product characteristics and cognitive transfer and reuse of consumers.
