Design of Intelligent Allocation Service System for Rural Pension Resources Under the Sharing Economy and Big Data Technology

Chinese population aging is becoming more and more serious. The intelligent allocation of pension resources has become one of the necessary measures taken by the government to alleviate the problem of population aging and promote innovation in social governance. This paper draws on the concepts and methods of organizational management in the sharing economy. At the same time, based on the intelligent allocation service model of rural pension resources, this paper attempts to build a collaborative governance framework for social pension services under the background of sharing economy. At the same time, this paper migrates the overall architecture of the intelligent pension information system to the cloud computing environment, builds a five-layer two-body innovative pension information system architecture, and focuses on the technical implementation plan of the platform layer. Finally, from the vertical and horizontal dimensions, the enlightenment of the collaborative governance of various stakeholders at the application level is proposed.
