Analyzing the Impact of CEO Traits on Company IPO Using Big Data

This study aims to explore the impact of CEO traits on the success of a company’s initial public offering (IPO). By employing big data analysis methods, this paper comprehensively considers CEO’s personal characteristics, management style, and historical performance data from multiple dimensions to analyze their potential influence on the outcome of a company’s IPO. The research utilizes a large-scale dataset of companies and employs advanced data processing and statistical analysis techniques to delve into the correlation between CEO traits and IPO success. The research findings indicate that certain specific CEO traits, such as leadership, risk preference, and innovation capability, are closely related to the success of a company’s IPO. Furthermore, the study also identifies variations in the impact of CEO traits on IPOs in different industries and market environments. The discoveries in this paper provide valuable insights for companies when selecting and nurturing suitable CEOs during the IPO process, and also offer a new perspective and data support for academic research in related fields.
