Application of Big Data Technology in E-commerce Data Warehouse

We conducted in-depth research on the application of big data technology in e-commerce data warehouses, with a particular focus on data collection, data warehouse construction and development, and provided a detailed introduction to the concepts and characteristics of offline and real-time data warehouses. In terms of data collection, specific methods and processes for collecting user behavior log content and user business data were discussed, and synchronization strategies such as full synchronization and incremental synchronization were compared and analyzed. In terms of data warehouse construction, the importance of data warehouse planning, design, and system architecture was emphasized, as well as methods for optimizing data warehouses based on business domain division, dimension model design, and indicator system construction. In terms of system design, the offline and real-time parts of data processing were discussed, and the design principles and specific processes of ODS, DWD, and DWS layers were elaborated.
