Financial Risk Analysis of BYD Company Based on Digital Transformation

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate digital development, promote digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and build digital industrial clusters with international competitiveness. The digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry is not only an inevitable requirement of industrial change, but also the need to deepen the supply-side structural reform. Under the encouragement of the national “14th Five-Year Plan” strategic plan and the policy of vigorously developing new energy industry, China’s new energy automobile industry has developed by leaps and bounds. Therefore, this paper adopts factor analysis to analyze the financial risks in the process of BYD Company’s digital transformation, and provides scientific and effective digital-related measures for enterprise financial risk management.
