摘要

As the core values and code of conduct within an organization, corporate-culture has a profound impact on employees’ work attitudes, teamwork, and overall organizational performance. Organizational performance, on the other hand, is an important indicator of the operational efficiency, market competitiveness, and economic benefits of an enterprise. This study is dedicated to exploring the correlation amid organizational performance and corporate-culture using deep learning techniques. In this paper, the theoretical basis and existing results of the correlation amid organizational performance and corporate-culture are sorted out through literature review to provide theoretical support for the subsequent research. An analysis model based on large-scale enterprise data is constructed based on deep learning technology. The model is capable of automatically extracting key features of corporate-culture and organizational performance, and learning the potential relationship amid the two through a complex neural network structure. This study utilizes deep learning models, such as CNNs and LSTMs, to construct a model of the nonlinear relationship amid corporate-culture and organizational performance. This study enriches the theoretical system of correlation research amid organizational performance and corporate-culture, and provides useful insights into corporate management practices, revealing the complex relationship amid organizational performance and corporate-culture.
