Role and Challenges of Intelligent Data Analysis in Enterprise Financial Decision-Making

The state of enterprise financial management (EFM) systems in Chinese enterprises currently lags due to inefficiency, high data acquisition costs, and inadequate processing methods. Typically, financial decisions are based on the analysis of financial data, creating effective decision-making plans. The integration of big data technology offers an opportunity to enhance processing efficiency, strengthen decision-making information, and elevate overall financial data value. Utilizing big data enables real-time financial monitoring, risk analysis, early warnings, and timely strategic responses. Addressing the limitations of traditional EFM systems, this paper proposes an Intelligent Financial Decision Support System (IFDSS) grounded in data mining (DM) to empower enterprises with deeper insights, informed decisions, and predictions of future financial trends. Experimental results reveal the system's effectiveness in processing and analyzing substantial financial data, significantly improving decision-making efficiency and accuracy for enterprises.
