Natural-Technical Systems as Objects of Intellectual Monitoring

The article presents a topical aspect of assessment and control of pollutant migration factors as a process of negative impact of domestic municipal waste landfill on water resources through the penetration of leachate into ground and surface waters. The main functions of the automated monitoring system of the ecological object are substantiated. The objective factors reducing the representativeness of information on the state of the landfill are revealed. The object of the model study - “old landfill” on the shore of Lake Seliger in Tver region of the Russian Federation - is defined. The choice of the object is conditioned by the lake's belonging to the basin of the Volga River, the largest in terms of water availability in the European territory. The procedures of intellectual monitoring are presented for compliance of actual values of the environmental object parameters with the values calculated by mathematical and simulation models. Modification of the water balance model of the object as a semi-closed system of incoming and outgoing water emission streams was performed. The composition of the intelligent monitoring complex was developed. Field and laboratory measurements were carried out, which confirmed the adequacy of author's and variant models. #CSOC1120.
