Indigenous Psychology
摘要
Indigenous psychology is a field of metapsychological reflection centered on the historical and philosophical foundations of the cultural knowledge on which psychological theories and systems are built in all their diversity. It addresses the indigenous condition of all psychology(ies), given that all psychology emerges in a specific territoriality and temporality, bringing the preconceptions of its time and place as a starting point for drawing up scientific projects. It includes discourses and practices analogous to what in the European context was named psychology, but systematized in different ways in the temporalities and territorialities of indigenous peoples. It also questions the missionary and colonialist aspects in the attempts to universalize psychological specific knowledge. The general process focused on by indigenous psychology addresses the limits and possibilities of sharing in the construction of exchanges between specific indigenous psychologies with the invention of new psychological discourses and practices through dialogue.
