The Entrepreneurial Mindset: I Am Not an Entrepreneur
摘要
We could start with many mistakes that cause problems for a start-up right at the beginning—for example, problems in the team, problems with the product or problems with investors. But when it comes to the mistake that precedes all, so to say the “mother of all failures,” one should start much earlier, ideally even before a start-up is founded, at the point where the founder or the founders come up with the idea of a business in the first place. At this point, it is usually not about the factors that make up a company and its existence in the market. Rather, it is about the founder(s) himself/themselves.
