Approach to the Patient with Neuromuscular Symptoms

The neuromuscular history and examination are structured with attention to developing an hypothesis regarding localization and, ideally, etiology of the patient’s condition. This chapter provides that structure, with emphasis on features of the history and examination that are of particular importance in neuromuscular diagnosis.
