This bibliographic survey delves into the assessment of financial risk associated with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). The study spans the years 2010 to 2023, with a primary focus on literature extracted from the Scopus database. The research aims to analyze the evolution of scholarly contributions in this domain and provides comprehensive statistics on publications categorized by journals, countries, authors, and citations. The survey employs a systematic approach to gather, synthesize, and evaluate relevant literature, offering insights into the dynamic landscape of financial risk assessment within the context of IPD and BIM. By leveraging data from Scopus, the study identifies key trends, influential authors, and impactful journals, contributing to a nuanced understanding of the academic discourse surrounding the integration of project delivery methodologies and advanced information modeling in construction projects.
