Researches on the Graphene Oxide: Characterization and Dielectric Properties
摘要
There has been considerable scientific interest in the synthesis of graphene oxide because of its outstanding properties. It was prepared by the modified Hummer technique; the structural and morphological properties were investigated by Powder X-ray diffraction, FTIR spectra and Raman spectroscopy. The electric properties were measured by the impedance spectroscopy varying the frequency from 10 Hz to 10 MHz and the heat from 298 to 873 K. These measurements made it possible to obtain conductivity in alternation, continuous conductivity, dielectric constant and loss factors. Constant phase units (CPE) are used in electrical circuit equivalents to adjust experimental impedance results. The frequency and temperature of the electrical module as much as the parameters of dielectric loss demonstrated a relaxation character. The results were discussed quantitatively using spectroscopic property data. Conductivity alternative verifies Jonscher’s law.
