Using IoT and Programming Technologies to Save Time on Administrative Management Tasks

This paper explores the transformative impact of integrating programming and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to enhance administrative management. Focusing on a preschool training program, the study addresses challenges in manual document management, payment computation, and paper digitization. The lack of an automated system led to inefficiencies, prompting the implementation of IT-driven solutions. Results indicate substantial improvements, reducing manual efforts which guarantees saving time to redirect resources to critical tasks.
