Integrating Model Driven Architecture (MDA) with AI in IoT: Enhancing NoSQL Database Solutions for Smart Connected Environments

摘要

In the realm of the Internet of Things (IoT), the rapid evolution and deployment of diverse applications necessitate robust and scalable database solutions. This paper explores the integration of Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in IoT environments to enhance the capabilities of NoSQL databases. We propose a novel framework that leverages MDA principles to streamline the integration process, while AI techniques are employed to optimize database operations in smart connected environments. Our approach addresses the challenges of data heterogeneity, scalability, and real-time processing inherent in IoT systems. Through a combination of theoretical analysis and simulated scenarios, we demonstrate how this integrated approach significantly improves the performance and efficiency of NoSQL databases in handling large-scale IoT data. The findings indicate a promising direction for developing advanced, AI-driven database solutions for the ever-growing demands of IoT infrastructure, paving the way for more intelligent, responsive, and interconnected smart environments.
