A Comprehensive Survey on Secure Navigation for Intelligent Systems: Artificial Intelligence Approaches to GPS Jamming and Spoofing Detection
摘要
In the era of digital transformation, secure and reliable navigation for intelligent systems has become a pivotal domain of research. Modern applications such as auto guided vehicles, robotics, autonomous unmanned vehicles (AUVs), airplane navigation, and other intelligent systems relies on GPS for real-time to provide accurate positioning and navigation information. However, GPS signals are exposed to many attacks including GPS jamming and spoofing, which can compromise the system’s availability leading to potential risk for the safety of people and materials. In addition to this, these two attacks present a significant threat to the system’s integrity and the provided navigation services. In this survey, we propose to provide a complete review of existing literature in this field, with a particular focus on the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches to detect and neutralize these threats. Through the synthesis of many articles from a range of studies, our purpose is to highlight the importance of artificial intelligence in improving the security of navigation for intelligent systems.
