Enhanced Industrial Decision-Making: Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for an Optimized Decision Model

In the digital age, the proliferation of variables influencing industrial decision-making challenges its effectiveness as such impedes performance optimization. Therefore, industrials, that want to stay afloat and thrive in today′s competitive market, are forced to optimize their decision-making process by leveraging artificial intelligence′s ability to quickly and efficiently manage massive amounts of data while learning from previous experiences to ensure the veracity of the outputs. This paper introduces a novel decision-making approach intended for complex industrial problems that blend artificial neural networks with the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the balanced scorecard to deliver the most accurate real-time decision recommendations.
