Digitalization of Educational Technologies in Ukraine: Challenges and Perspectives

摘要

The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the implementation of blended learning in the training of future specialists; the prerequisites for the implementation of digitalization of education in Ukraine are determined, taking into account the transformational processes of the social and humanitarian sphere that are taking place today; the advantages and disadvantages of using blended learning models are indicated. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of education in the era of distance learning. Blended learning and Microlearning are characterized as variants of integration of traditional and modern digital education. Challenges and limitations of distance learning that need to be considered are noted. The Concept of the development of digital competences until 2025 is characterized, which is primarily aimed at the development of digital technologies and the introduction of innovations in all spheres of social life. The need for the development of digital competences, mastering the latest information and communication technologies for students, scientific and pedagogical workers, which will contribute to the development of critical thinking, the ability to make independent reasoned judgments, and the ability to learn throughout life, is emphasized. The ten key skills necessary for competitive advantages in the labour market, according to the experts of the World Economic Forum, are highlighted. Education should focus on the prospects for the development of society, in particular the use of the latest information technologies, especially in conditions of uncertainty. The article contains a formulation of the problem, a review of literary sources on the subject of the study, results of the investigation and conclusions.
