Artificial Intelligence Impact on the Public Employee and Analysis of Future the Public Job

The purpose of this study is to identify the artificial intelligence and its types, and how it can contribute to the development of public utility services? The Iraqi legislator did not pay attention to artificial intelligence in particular and electronic administration in general, as it must be regulated by a special law. The objective is to draw the legislator’s attention to every technical advance that would have legal consequences. The national legislator must keep pace with every advance that poses a challenge in the legal field. The study conclude that artificial intelligence is a field of computer science that aims to develop electronic systems and programs that mimic human intelligence. It can be used in multiple fields, including public facilities management, which includes services and facilities provided by the government or institutions to the public, such as water, electricity, health, education, transportation, and others. Managing public facilities requires a high ability to plan, organize, implement, monitor and evaluate, and these capabilities depend greatly on human intelligence. But with the development of technology and the increase in complexity and challenges, it has become necessary to move from relying on human intelligence to artificial intelligence, which provides many advantages, such as processing speed, accuracy of results, and the ability to learn and improve.
