Optimization of a Meal Distribution Circuit in a Hospital: Vehicle Routing Problem

As part of a study on the reorganization of hospitalHospital logistics, we focus on the distribution of meal trays between the different sectors as a vehicle routing problem (VRP). We focus on catering since it plays an essential role in the smooth running of the patient'sPatient stay in the hospital. The meal takes on a very special dimension, given the fragile situation of hospitalized people. In this paper, we propose a mathematical modelling of this problem to improve the performance of the process studied using a Cplex solver.
