Introduction: Creativity Loops–Based Decision Making

This book shows you how to use our framework Creativity Loops–Based Decision Making (CLBDM) to enhance your creativity in decision making by applying systems thinking principles and tools. CLBDM consists of six steps that involve identifying and using feedback loops to generate, evaluate, and implement novel and useful solutions.
