Analysis of the Impact Mechanism of the “Single Hammer” Type Impact Wrench

The article deals with the description of the function of the impact mechanism of the impact wrench with the functional mechanism “Single hammer” and the calculation of the dynamic forces acting on the mechanism together with the determination of the contact pressures between individual parts of the mechanism. Part modeling was done in Creo Parametric. The design of the mechanism and determination of dynamic forces was carried out in the Creo Parametric - Mechanism add-on module and the determination of contact pressures in the Creo Parametric - Simulate module.
