Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Verification of Heddles Motion

摘要

The study deals with the current design of the heddle and the heddle frame. The present condition is characterized by the increased heddle loading which is caused by its impact on the mounting rail. There is the increased noise level regarding the weaving machines and the service life is reduced. The means for realization of the study objective has been a mathematical model of the system shedding motion – heddle – warp. The major emphasis is placed on the verification of mathematical model results via experiment realization. An essential aspect in the study is the proposal of a suitable methodology of experiments.
