Robocasting of Glass-Ceramic Material PGP
摘要
This article presents the research conducted in the field of robocasting of a developed glass-ceramic material using the material extrusion technique. Firstly, the rheological properties of the glass-ceramic material were investigated to determine the optimal viscosity of the extruded material. An important factor is that the material maintains a consistent shape after being applied to the baseplate. Subsequently, a robotic workplace was created and the initial requirements for achieving optimal production parameters were investigated. In addition to the laboratory environment, the pressure, speed, and path of the applied material as well as the stroke between the individual layers were found to be significant. In the conclusion to the paper, a new technical solution to the given issue is presented, where the proposed structural design of the extruder is compared to a numerical model in the MSC.Marc environment.
