Clinical Microscope Endodontics: Surgical Treatment

Endodontic microsurgery requires a different way of thinking because of the different biological factors and treatment goals. This chapter discusses the need for a refocused team approach, including working with two assistants. The importance of dynamic patient positioning to ensure efficiency is covered. Specialised instruments with design features required for microsurgical treatment are described.
