Team Culture
摘要
This chapter discusses the assignment of values that are important to establishing a positive team culture. The application to a quality focused, microscope centred practice is presented. Mechanisms of learning and developing expertise are described. Key aspects of a training programme designed for team members to achieve the goals of this culture are covered.
