Reshaping the Medial Nostrils and Columellar Base

Anatomical aberrations of the medial nostrils and columellar base will affect both nasal aesthetics and functionality. Significant deformities at this area are visually offensive and can restrict external nasal valve. The objective of this chapter is to classify the origin of those deformities and describe step by step a reproducible and graduated approach for correcting and reshaping the medial nostril and columellar base.
