Sino-nasal Cancers

Sino-nasal tumours are a group of diverse disorders that include benign and malignant lesions of the sino-nasal tract. The tissue of origin is either epithelial, bone or cartilage, glandular structures, lymphoid and connective tissue, and specialised neuronal cells. Some of these lesions predominantly affect the anterior skull base and it will be dealt with in a separate chapter.
