JNA is a benign, nonencapsulated, highly vascular tumor, occurring almost exclusively in adolescent males. It occupies approximately 0.05% to 0.5% of all head and neck masses [1, 2]. Individuals from India and the Middle East appear to have an increased incidence when compared to those of European descent [3].
