Development of Multipurpose Network Learning Materials Using OpenFlow
摘要
In Japan, networking is an essential subject in learning information science in secondary education and universities specializing in information. However, when it comes to practical exercises using real network devices, such as L2 switches and routers, it is necessary to prepare various actual devices and conduct exercises on each, which increases the cost of preparation. We have developed a network learning material that utilizes OpenFlow to implement the functions of L2 switches, routers, and firewalls on a single Raspberry device, allowing it to act as various network devices.
