摘要

The logistics of the supply chain play a crucial role in preserving the quality and safety of perishable products. However, traceability and monitoring along the traditional chain often need more transparency and reliability to avoid losses and risks to public health. This article proposes an architecture that integrates the Internet of Things (IoT), a hybrid database, edge and fog computing layers to enhance the logistics of these products. IoT enables real-time data collection of the environment conditions, while edge and fog layers process data closer to the source, allowing instant actions. A hybrid database ensures traceability and transparency by securely storing the information. A prototype has been developed and tested, demonstrating the benefits of the hybrid database approach and improving efficiency in supply chain management. Although scalability challenges have been identified, the results show that this architecture has the potential to raise the industrial standards.
