Thiazines are a class of heterocyclic chemical molecules, and their therapeutic potential is largely unknown. The literature offers a variety of techniques for creating thiazine derivatives. Numerous thiazine derivatives, in addition to their use in synthesis, have biological activity and play a role in the treatment of many diseases. This makes them an intriguing class of heterocyclic therapeutic chemicals deserving further study. Eco-friendly techniques to produce molecules of various heterocyclic compounds are of interest to the academic community and the pharmaceutical sector. Owing to this, research is being performed to find new uses of thiazine and its various derivatives by changing them chemically.
