The Enigma of the Big Bang

In a survey conducted in 2014, 51% of Americans stated that they did not believe in the Big Bang, or at least considered the theory to have little credibility. After giving a lecture in an American high school, a friend told me that, faced with the question: "What is the Big Bang theory?" the majority of students answered: "A TV series."
