Autoimmune Dysautonomia
摘要
Autoimmune dysautonomia can develop as a primary disorder or in the context of another systemic autoimmune disease. Autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy causing pan-dysautonomia via antibodies against ganglionic nicotinic acetylcholine-receptor is the best-known example of these primary disorders. Although symptoms can seem unspecific, several clinical clues and objective autonomic reflex tests can help in the diagnosis and treatment.
