摘要

The blocking of specific control points through the use of monoclonal antibodies against CTLA-4 and PD-1/PD-L1, known as immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI), has not only allowed better control of various neoplasias but has also brought with it the appearance of a series of immune-mediated phenomena that affect practically any organ and that suppose a challenge for the clinician. We describe here the primary clinical syndromes induced by ICI, emphasizing rheumatic and systemic syndromes.
