Implementation
摘要
The second key component of managing Just Systems is implementation, recognising too that this needs to be done locally, given that climate transitions need to be place-based and time-bound to accord to the tenants of a Just Transition. Therefore, entity-level transition plans are not usually sufficient to deliver ‘just’ outcomes, given they will contain elements of many specific transitions: different workplaces, value chains, and geographic locations. Corporate transition plans need to signpost across various place-based transitions. Only through place-based implementation can affected stakeholders be identified and also given agency in the transition itself.
