Transforming Financial Systems
摘要
Transformation is one of the key tenants of any Just Transition and this must include the global financial system itself. Prime Minister Mia Mottley’s ‘Bridgetown Initiative’ is one example of this: how climate finance must be more available and more accountable to those who need it most. This chapter reviews different models for blended finance, including Just Energy Transition Partnerships (JETPs) and the Green Banks network in the USA, and how Just Systems finance might best be structured.
