摘要

This chapter investigates the long-term impact of the Teacher Education Reciprocal Learning Program (RLP) on the professional growth of its Canadian and Chinese participants. Conducted as part of Xu and Connelly’s SSHRC Partnership Project, the survey examines themes such as twenty-first-century competencies, intercultural competencies, intercultural sensitivity, and teachers’ professional development. By analyzing data from pre-service teachers who participated in the RLP over a decade, the study reveals that most participants report positive impacts on their personal and professional growth, emphasizing the importance of cross-cultural reciprocal learning.
