The Sulubaaï Foundation, established on the island of Pangatalan within the Palawan Biosphere Reserve, in the Philippines, is actively involved in the conservation and restoration of Blue Carbon Ecosystems, focussing on protecting and rehabilitating mangrove forests, seagrass beds, and coral reefs, which are vital habitats for marine life and play a crucial role in carbon sequestration. This article provides an outline of the activities of the foundation related to blue carbon in the island of Pangatalan (The Philippines).
