Development of the Ψ-Organ Model (SiMA Model)
摘要
The chapter describes the result of a long development process and is therefore extensive. Following the classical top-down design approach of computer technology, the three-layer model of the Ψ-organ is developed and the highest layer in its five different levels of abstraction on the basis of psychoanalytic theories. The three basic functions of the psychic apparatus are subdivided into about 50 subfunctions and interconnected in the necessary structure. The connecting element is the flow of information through the three levels, which are described neurologically and mentally respectively. The used data structures and storage models are presented. Topics that remain unexplored in experiments, such as the self and consciousness, are discussed and suggestions are made as to how they could be modeled. The limitations of experiments and of the physical realization of the model as a robot are shown.
