摘要

Busbars exposed to long-term vibration environments can easily result in the loose of the bolt at the contact points of the transmission busbar. Afterwards, the temperature will rise in the contact points, which may make the load equipment to shut down, and even cause serious consequences such as fires. A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) strain-free temperature sensor packaged with glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) has been designed. The self-adhesive FBG sensor is fabricated by transferring microstructure array on the outside of semi-cured GFRP prepreg material. The experimental results of strain measurement of vibrating cantilever beam and heating busbar experiment show that these microstructure arrays generate self-adhesive force for FBG sensors and achieve great strain isolation. The temperature measurement accuracy of the sensor reaches 99%, and the strain isolation rate reaches 99%.
